Shipping Policy:

 We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on  the destination address, and the total weight of the order. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your tote bag purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please review our refund and return policy below:

• Returns: You may return the tote bag within 30 days of the delivery date if it does not meet your expectations. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the tote bag must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. It should be free from any signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

• Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the tote bag is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned tote bag, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
